All orders are considred final. However, if you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please contact customer service and return the product within 14 days of receipt following the Return/Exchange Instructions outlined. We will gladly replace or refund the defective merchandise without additional charge upon return.

Orders will generally be shipped within 3 - 5 business days. Orders will be shipped by time of acceptance and will depend on shipping service selected and receipt of cleared payment.
